AI‑Studio provides neural‑network tools including, but not limited to:

• Video upscaling to 4K ("4K Boost")
• Image animation ("Motion Pic")
• Image generation ("Imagine AI")
• Photo upscaling ("Photo Clarity")
• Artistic style filters ("Style Mix")
• Text generation and editing ("Text Forge")

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or generate ("User Content"). You grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide licence to host and display User Content solely for operating and improving the Service. You must have all necessary rights for User Content and must not upload illegal, hateful, or offensive material.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Violate any law or third‑party right
• Reverse engineer or interfere with the Service
• Upload malware or harmful code
• Use the Service to create disallowed content (e.g., child sexual abuse material, extremist propaganda, violent threats)

7. Intellectual Property

All AI‑Studio software, trademarks, and documentation are our property. You receive a limited, non‑transferable licence to use the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages beyond the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via your dashboard.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United States, excluding conflict‑of‑law rules.
